Preparation: Pour hot water (max. 80°C) over tea mixture (ratio 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea and 1.5-2 dl water).  If making tea in a teapot, add 1 extra teaspoon. Let still for 8-10 minutes (covered), then drain.

Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups daily (1,5-2dl)
