Moringa v hmoždíři

Our cook Štěpánka introduced to you easy to prepare meals. She shares with you ideas for slightly different breakfasts, lunches or dinners. However, all dishes are enriched with nutrients and antioxidants. Moringa does not change the flavor of foods, but rather interestingly adds a flavor to them. Follow the recommended dosage and add Moringa to dishes at the final stage of food preparation - for the last 5-10 minutes. Moringa thus would not lose its nutritional value.

 You need:  

• 100 g dry white beans

• 2 small spring onions

• a handful of wild rocket

• a handful of pistachios or other nuts

• frest thyme

• 1 spoon of Moringa powder

• 4 - 5 spoons of olive oil

• salt
