Refreshing smoothie with lime

For 2 servings you need:

• ½ big mango

• 1 yellow or green aplle

• ½ lime

• 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder

• 1 spoon of Chia seeds

• 200 ml water

Preparation:

Soak the Chia seeds for at least several minutes, preferably 30 minutes. You would later add than water with chia seeds into the blender, where you would also mix the fruit.

Take the peeled mango, pitted apple and lime with 200 ml of water and blend together.  At the end, add Moringa powder and soaked chia seeds. Blend together and serve.
